A large Chinese famille rose porcelain vase on a rich pink ground, painted with two figural panels of court ladies — a colorful statement piece in the Qianlong style.

Details:
- Form: baluster vase with a flared rim
- Ground: pink (rose-puce) ground densely painted with scrolling lotus in famille rose enamels
- Front panel: a white-ground reserve with four ladies in a garden — one playing a flute, one holding a scroll — beneath a plum branch, beside a rock and a balustrade
- Back panel: a white-ground reserve with ladies indoors, reading by a curtained alcove
- Smaller reserves: fan-shaped and round panels with plum blossom, chrysanthemum, peonies and orchid
- Borders: yellow ruyi-head borders, a turquoise floral band at the shoulder, and a lappet band above the foot
- Base: white glazed recessed base bearing an iron-red six-character Qianlong seal mark (大清乾隆年製, "Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi")
- Height: approx. 13.9 inches

Condition:
The glaze is bright and glossy, and the enamels are vivid. The unglazed footring shows surface dirt and wear from display, as photographed — please review the base close-up photos carefully. No chips, cracks or repairs are visible in the photos.

A note on the mark:
The base bears an iron-red six-character Qianlong seal mark. The mark is apocryphal (honorific), and no Qianlong-period attribution is made — this vase is offered as a 20th-century piece in the Qianlong style.
